An Important Message for our Customers To our customers: As most of you may know, we’ve moved all of our office staff into our new facility on Anderson Road in South Mount Vernon. Actual printing and production work will move in early March after final equipment installation that is due to start later this month. The move has gone well overall, but switching our phones to the new facility has been anything but smooth. The problem lies in the phone company switches rather than anything we can fix here. Our phone vendor, Dimensional Communications has done a marvelous job of providing equipment and service for our information and telephony needs but we’re still having outside problems. We’re working on the problem but until it’s solved we’re also trying to find a way around the problem. Many incoming calls aren’t coming through and may ring endlessly.
